Insurance Requirements

All renters must maintain the following minimum insurance coverages for the duration of any rental or lease agreement.

Commercial Auto Liability

or Truckers Liability

$1,000,000

Combined single limit bodily injury and property damage per occurrence, or the minimum amount specified by any applicable laws or government, whichever is greater.

General Liability

Comprehensive Contractual

$1,000,000

Comprehensive contractual liability coverage is required for the duration of the rental or lease agreement.

Physical Damage

Comprehensive & Collision

$5,000 max deductible

Comprehensive and collision coverage for physical damage with a maximum $5,000.00 deductible.

Certificate of Insurance

Required Prior to Rental

30-Day Notice Required

A certificate naming Sonsray Rental and Leasing, Inc. (the Lessor) as additional insured with respect to liability and loss payee for physical damage. Must provide at least 30 days prior written notice before cancellation or material change in coverage.
